Lawrence Clarke Ltd is an Independent Financial Planning firm based in Fareham, established in 1999. We’re proud to deliver quality financial plans that help our clients achieve peace of mind and reach their goals.
Since 2023, we’ve been part-owned by our employees through an Employee Ownership Trust. This means every team member has a voice in how the company is run and shares in our success.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll:
- Be a friendly first point of contact for client enquiries.
- Prepare review packs and client letters.
- Create suitability reports and perform tax calculations.
- Develop cashflow modelling reports.
- Collaborate closely with financial planners.
- Submit accurate applications and maintain client records.
- Support general office tasks like scanning and filing.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who:
- Have experience in financial services (paraplanning or administration).
- Are qualified or working toward a Diploma in Financial Planning.
- Are confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Hold GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Can write clear, client-friendly technical reports.
- Pay close attention to detail.
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive team.

What We Offer

- A competitive salary (£30,000–£37,000 depending on experience and qualifications).
